The Green Book once provided Black travelers with safe spaces during segregation. Today, this new digital series reimagines that guide, elevating stories that celebrate the rich and diverse beauty of the African diaspora.

In this episode, I captured the vibrant spirit of Black Los Angeles, with host Terrell Grice drumming in Leimert Park, skateboarding at Chevy Chase Skate Park, and savoring vegan restaurants, hidden bakeries, and art galleries. Alongside friend Victoria Monét, he experiences the poetry, rhythm, and resilience of the community.

My cinematography aimed to blend the joy of discovery with a reverence for history, creating visuals that honor Black spaces and stories for a new generation.
